Our signature mat Pilates class designed to build strength, control, and deep core connection through intentional, full-body movement. Expect mindful sequencing and sculpting work that leaves you feeling strong, energised, and aligned.

hot sculpt

Hot Sculpt is a dynamic, full-body Pilates class performed in a heated room to enhance muscle engagement and elevate your practice. The warmth encourages a light sweat, helping to improve circulation, flexibility, and overall movement quality. Expect strong, sculpting sequences and a steady burn that will leave you feeling energised, challenged, and accomplished.

Please bring a sweat towel or beach towel to class. Hot Sculpt is not suitable for individuals who are pregnant or those with cardiovascular or blood pressure conditions.

sculpt x strength

A strength-focused Pilates class using weights to build power, tone muscle, and improve stability. Slow, controlled movement meets functional strength training.

ELEVATE 50+

A welcoming class designed for over 50s to improve strength, mobility, balance, and confidence. Move well, feel good, and connect with others in a supportive space.

mums & bubs

A light-hearted mat Pilates class created for mums with their bubs to move, rebuild strength, and enjoy time with baby by their side. Expect supportive movement, flexible pacing, and a welcoming, social environment with other mums and bubs. Bubs up to 12 months are welcome.

lunchtime express

A 30-minute, time-efficient Pilates session designed to fit seamlessly into your day. This express class is fast, focused, and effective — helping you move, strengthen, and reset without taking time away from your schedule.
